Sheen school of Yoga was founded by Sheena Gajendran, a highly motivated and energetic Yoga Instructor who has over 25 years of experience working with people of all ages, and has deep knowledge about asanas, as well as relaxation and breathing techniques.
She enjoys inspiring others to improve wellness and commit to long-term fitness goals. Committed to providing extensive instruction and counselling to clients, while motivating them to find true inner peace, and their healthiest self, she possesses skills to modify their practice on-demand based on the abilities or injuries of the class participants.
